The Role
As Digital Solutions Manager, you’ll lead a team of five specialists, responsible for customer onboarding, training and digital adoption across the UK. You’ll be the orchestrator of success for dental professionals as they embed intraoral scanning and wider digital technologies into their workflows.
Your mission will be to:
* Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing customer success and training team.
* Oversee structured customer onboarding and training programmes, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
* Guide your team and clients through change, fostering engagement and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
* Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, IT, Product) to align projects and deliver consistent outcomes.
* Manage the rollout of digital solutions nationwide, balancing resources and customer demand.
* Monitor adoption, customer feedback and performance, using data and insight to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced leader who combines people management with digital know-how and customer success focus. You’ll thrive in change, be comfortable with ambiguity and bring the drive to build engagement across teams and customers alike.
* Proven leadership experience in customer-facing roles.
* Strong background in digital technology implementation within commercial healthcare.
* Skilled in project management, coordination and reporting (Excel, Power BI, PPT).
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; empathetic, resilient and adaptable.
* Naturally collaborative, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
