Join Venture People’s Onward Service, a specialist community-based support service for individuals with complex mental health needs and neurodiversity. We’re looking for a compassionate and resilient Mental Health Support Worker to provide 1-to-1 support during waking night shifts

This is a male-only service, covered under the Equality Act 2010, Part 7 Paragraph 26.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting daily routines and planning (meals, appointments, activities)
* Managing risks and vulnerabilities with professionalism
* Driving the client to evening activities using their vehicle
* Working independently while staying connected to a supportive team
