Account Manager - Bristol / Hybrid We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Cloud Sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of channel partners, helping them grow their Cloud business through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic support. You’ll work closely with top-tier vendors like Microsoft, playing a key role in transforming how Cloud solutions are delivered to UK businesses. This desk-based role offers clear progression into a field-based Key Account Manager position. What you'll be doing Manage and grow a portfolio of existing channel partners. Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development. Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts. Build long-term relationships with partners and internal teams. Identify and generate new sales opportunities through go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support partner success. Your Experience Proven experience managing a high-volume account portfolio in the IT channel (vendor, distributor, or reseller). Strong B2B Account Management background. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce). Tenacious, competitive, and committed to delivering results.
