Recruitment Consultant – Reed Southend Engineering
Salary: £26,000 – £34,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus potential
Location: 3rd Floor, Tyler's House, Tylers Ave, Southend-on-Sea SS1 2BB
Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office and 1 days working from home (after induction)
Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays per annum
What is the role?
Reed Southend is looking for an experienced Engineering Permanents Recruitment Consultant to join their established team. The role will focus on permanent recruitment in the Engineering market. This is a warm desk so you will be able to hit the ground running, whilst also growing and developing this desk further for yourself.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Client Development: Build strong partnerships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored permanent recruitment solutions.
* Talent Attraction: Source and engage high-quality candidates for permanent placements. This includes writing compelling job adverts, proactive headhunting, networking, and leveraging social media to maintain a robust candidate pool.
* Desk Growth: Expand your portfolio by onboarding clients, ensuring a steady flow of permanent placements and maximising revenue opportunities.
