The Banqueting Chef / Junior Sous Chef will run banqueting to a high level: dinners of 200+ and events of up to 1,000. We are looking for aquality hands on Banqueting Chef / Junior Sous Chefwho is not only creative and passionate about delivering outstanding cuisine but also a strong inspirational character who thrives on change and improvement. The Banqueting Chef / Junior Sous Chef will bring energy, vision, and the ability to elevate standards across all catering services.
Ideal Banqueting Chef / Junior Sous Chef profile:
* Proven experience as a Banqueting Chef, Senior CDP, CDP or Sous Chef with experience in conference and banqueting
* Strong background in managing both staff and standards in hygiene and quality of the food.
* Creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about food trends
* Confident managing budgets, stock, suppliers, and compliance
