Job Title: Regional Service Quality Manager (Care Homes)


Salary:

£55,000 per annum (plus Monthly Car Allowance)


Location:

Lowestoft, Suffolk


Hours:

40 hrs/week, Permanent


Reports To:

Regional Operations Manager / Operations Director


About Coben Healthcare:

Coben Healthcare is supporting a person-centered Care Company seeking a Regional Service Quality Manager to join their esteemed Care Home Group, which provides excellent environments for nursing and residential care.


Role Overview:

As a Service Quality Manager, your responsibility will be to ensure high-quality care services across our client's care home group, primarily in the Lowestoft area, with occasional requirements elsewhere based on company needs. You will collaborate with the operations team, care home managers, and staff to foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and resident satisfaction. Your duties include monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing service quality standards in line with regulatory requirements and company policies, and providing guidance to care home managers to ensure compliance and exceptional care delivery.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality across all care homes.
2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and best practices.
3. Identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with managers to implement quality initiatives and care plans effectively.
5. Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
7. Assist managers in preparing for inspections and audits.
8. Investigate incidents or complaints and implement preventative measures.


Skills and Attributes:

* Proven experience in a similar healthcare or care home role.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements (CQC).
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
