A specialist provision is seeking an English Support Teaching Assistant to help pupils aged 10–16 who struggle with reading, writing and communication skills.
Many pupils have dyslexia, learning difficulties or speech and language needs, and benefit from additional literacy support.

• Supporting pupils during English lessons
• Delivering small literacy intervention sessions
• Encouraging pupils to develop reading confidence
• Supporting spelling, grammar and written tasks

Experience
Strong literacy skills are important, but previous school experience is not essential.
