Due to career progression within Adult Social Care, we are looking for a newly qualified, dynamic, and passionate Level 1 Social Worker in our Peripatetic Team – flexibly working across teams. Interview Details: Interviews will take place in person on 4th of July at County Hall in Dorchester, Dorset. Requirements: Degree or equivalent in Social Work Registered with Social Work England Ability to fulfil travel requirements with a full valid UK driving licence (International or Provisional licences are not accepted) Use of own appropriate vehicle Right to Work in the UK (Relocation allowances and expenses are not available) In a recent workshop with our customers, they emphasised that it is important for social workers to see their work as "not just a job"; they want people who genuinely care, understand, and want to help and build positive working relationships. This post involves working with children and/or vulnerable adults and/or having access to significant information about them. They will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
