Fruition Group are working with an exciting fintech scale-up thats transforming the way people manage their savings. The company provides a digital platform that connects savers with a wide range of competitive cash savings products, while also powering the back-end for financial institutions like wealth managers, banks, and advisors.
Theyre FCA-regulated and already working with major enterprise clients-this isnt a start-up running on fumes. Its a well-funded, high-growth business with a strong technical foundation and real traction in the market.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand for their platform, theyre now looking for multiple Senior Backend Engineers to join their small but highly capable engineering team.
The Role:
This isnt a typical feature-factory role. Youll be joining a business that values clean, scalable architecture, and where engineers are empowered to make decisions, shape technical direction, and build systems that solve real problems.
Its an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building backend services in a product-focused environment and wants to have a genuine impact as the platform scales.
Tech Snapshot:
Java (with Micronaut or Spring Boot)
PostgreSQL
Event-driven & service-oriented architecture
Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes
Cloud: AWS
Some frontend exposure (React) is useful but not essential
