* Develop specialist workplace‑focused psychological therapy and related training programmes.
* Conduct specialist assessments (fitness for work, vulnerable role assessments, neurodiversity assessments, and cognitive assessments).
* Design and deliver mental‑health workshops for key clients.
* Create a personalised annual development plan.

What we are looking for

* HCPC‑registered Clinical / Counselling Psychologist with relevant clinical experience, preferably in primary care or occupational health settings.
* Strong background in evidence‑based psychological therapies and brief, solution‑focused interventions both face‑to‑face and remotely via video‑call.
* Experience working with a diverse adult demographic.
* Experience delivering neurodiversity assessments is highly regarded.
* Commitment to personal growth, skill acquisition and contribution to service development.
* Experience designing and delivering mental‑health‑related training sessions or workshops is highly desirable.
* Team‑oriented, eager to enhance a large and expanding team of psychology professionals.
