Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager, located in Worthing. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, implement efficient processes, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, budgets, and resources, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvements. The General Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure project success and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
