The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join a leading company within the financial services that puts customer service at the heart of everything it does.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting customers, using your natural empathy, listening skills, and ability to explain complex information in a clear and straightforward way.
From your first day, you'll receive thorough training, both in groups and one-to-one to help you develop and succeed in the role. Day to day, you'll be helping customers understand their pension values, resolving queries, providing information on financial products, and working alongside independent financial advisers where needed. All while delivering a consistently high level of service.
What We're Looking For
Have experience working in a customer service or call centre environment
Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service
Are confident using both phone systems and computer applications
Are keen to spot opportunities for improvement and contribute to positive change
Able to manage self-workload and tasks
