I am working with a Belfast based client who have created this key strategic role as part of their growth plans. The successful applicant will provide expert insights to customers, embedding data-driven decision-making in customer success strategies. You will bring a balance of research expertise, strategic advisory skills, and project management to support both customer and business growth.
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following mix of skills and experience:
* Proven track record in advisory roles leveraging qualitative data to drive business impact.
* Ability to translate data into clear, strategic insights that are clear, robust, and actionable.
* Experience of CX with a track record in research and building surveys.
* Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Be able to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
* Experience of producing reports and strategic documentation.
