Lighthouse Studio is looking for a full-time or part-time Experiential Producer to join our team at a small agency. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to deliver brand activations, whilst shaping the agency and making Lighthouse Studio ‘stand-out’ in the industry.
We are a B-Corp experiential technology agency producing physical activations and online digital experiences for global brands. Lighthouse Studio operates globally across industries, with clients such as Cartier, adidas, Danone, Spotify and Prada.
The Experiential Producer role focuses on the delivery of events, activations and projects with high-profile clients. You will be responsible for delivering end to end projects; from concept through production to delivery, with planning and successful execution, working closely within a team. You will also be responsible for managing client accounts and communications; developing opportunities with prior clients and growing new accounts.
This role is ideal for a creative individual with strong organisation and communication skills, who will drive projects forward in a fast-paced and creative environment.

This role includes:
* Full production and ‘end to end’ event / project delivery; showing budget management, event planning and project management skills.
* Working closely with clients to achieve their vision; contributing to pitches with creative solutions, bringing existing knowledge and an ‘outside the box’ way of thinking.
* Management of staff; managing a team, booking staff onto events, hiring new staff.
* Business development and account management; building relationships with new and existing clients through strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Scope project requirements and prepare budgets
* Responding to initial quotes and raising invoices
* Constructing compelling proposals
* Attending client meetings / pitches; presenting ideas to client
* Provide end-to-end project management for all digital and live projects
* Working closely with the tech team to establish robust solutions for photo activations
* Compiling detailed booking forms with gathered event information
* Producing schedules and project plans for seamless event delivery
* Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
* Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
* Booking staff on events and providing details event sheets
* Understanding the technological process and relaying key information to clients
* Maintaining continuous support to clients with event planning and logistical planning; as well as managing expectations
* Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
* Management of staff; managing a team, booking staff onto events, hiring new staff
* Managing external suppliers and contractors
* Attending site visits and be on-site for event setups
* Admin and keeping key documents up to date
Skills and attributes:
* Previous experience in a project manager and / or event producer role within an agency environment
* Strong interest in branding, marketing and social media
* Effective, clear and professional communication and presentation skills
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Expert knowledge in event planning, logistics, marketing
* Experience dealing with budgets
* The ability to multi-task and manage multiple events simultaneously
* Leadership skills; clear management capabilities
* Resilient under pressure; maintaining focus and clarity
* Detail oriented and high level of accuracy
* Forward-thinking; high-lighting areas of growth in the business
* Experience dealing with high profile clients across different sectors
* Computer literate; Gmail, Google programmes, Google Drive, Slack etc.

Requirements:
* Desirable: educated to Bachelor’s Degree-level or equivalent
* Event production experience
* 3+ years working in experiential, events or marketing
* Commuting to Hackney, London during the week (core hours: 10:00 – 16:00), flexi-time to be discussed
* Attending some events out of hours (evening & weekend)
* International travel (few time/ year)
