Description: This job involves working with high-net worth clients, identifying needs, developing relationships, reviewing investment goals, and preparing investment recommendations. Responsibilities:
Provide tailored financial advice and investment strategies
Communicate solutions suited for clients’ financial needs
Collaborate with Financial Advisor teams to promote portfolio growth
Utilize bank resources for client benefit
Develop and grow a business book to meet financial targets
Prioritize client requests and coordinate with internal service providers
Advisor Development Program (ADP) Journey: The program offers training and mentorship to develop successful, independent financial advisors, working with affluent clients and progressing within Merrill Wealth Management.

Required Qualifications:
Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66)
Two years in financial services or sales with goal achievement
Minimum one year in investments, with product knowledge
Self-motivated with effective relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to manage goals and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and adapt
Regulatory diligence
Desired Qualifications:
Proven lead generation and partnership skills
Experience in investment management and client development
Strong computer skills
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Additional professional designations (e.g., CFP, CRPC)
