Duty Manager – South Mimms/Potters Bar Premier Inn
Location: Swanland Rd, Potters Bar EN6 3NH, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.
Hours: 32 hours per week. Pay: Up to £14.36 per hour (day shift).
Responsibilities
* Manage a reliable, high‑performing hotel team to ensure smooth operations.
* Lead with experience from retail or similar roles, applying communication and organisational skills.
* Maintain health & safety standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
* Previous leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or similar environment.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to inspire and support a team.
