Job Description:
Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements across project lifecycle.
Map current vs future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams.
Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Support testing, solution design validation, and business readiness activities.
Produce project documentation, reporting updates, and stakeholder communications.
