We are looking for a confident, organised, and people-driven Rota & Onboarding Coordinator to join our Fareham office and play a vital role in keeping our care service running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll be the link between our CareGivers, clients, and office team. Our CareGivers and office team are at the heart of everything we do. What You’ll Be Doing Build and manage staff rotas to ensure reliable, high-quality care delivery Coordinate CareGivers, clients, and families with clear, confident communication Fill shifts quickly and effectively, including last-minute changes and emergencies Motivate and influence CareGivers to ensure shifts are covered and standards are met Support onboarding of new CareGivers and ensure a smooth, welcoming induction process Keep accurate scheduling records using care management systems Work closely with the office team to maintain excellent service delivery Participate in the on-call rota to support out-of-hours emergencies when required What We’re Looking For - We want someone who is: A strong, confident communicator who builds trust quickly Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle priorities under pressure Calm, resilient, and solutions-driven in fast-changing situations Skilled at influencing and motivating others positively A natural relationship-builder with a people-first mindset Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office Experienced in scheduling, rota planning, logistics, or coordination (desirable) Additional Requirements Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Flexibility to support the on-call rota when required Willingness to assist with hands-on care in rare emergency situations What We Offer Competitive salary: £25,000 – £28,000 Performance-related bonuses Full training and ongoing development Clear career progression opportunities Supportive, friendly, and high-performing team culture Regular company events and recognition A meaningful role where your work directly impacts people’s lives every day.
