Our service includes professional and dedicated local estate agents.
Working remotely, you’ll be the first point of contact for Yopa customers across the UK, handling incoming calls and emails and creating a smooth journey to ensure our customers are move ready.
Building warm relationships using your consultative skills, you’ll be comfortable seeking opportunities to offer our additional services from valuations to mortgage advice when registering customers through the Yopa Hub platform, matching customers with their dream home and delivering a personal service throughout.
This is an ideal role for confident customer care professionals with exposure to up/cross selling.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for Yopa customers across the UK, handling incoming calls and emails.
* Create a smooth journey to ensure customers are move ready.
* Build warm relationships using consultative skills and seek opportunities to offer additional services (valuations, mortgage advice) while registering customers through the Yopa Hub platform.
* Match customers with their dream home and deliver a personal, high-quality service throughout the process.
* Work remotely in a customer-centric, sales-oriented environment with the ability to identify up-sell opportunities.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Estate Agency Knowledge (Desirable but Not Essential): An understanding of estate agency is a plus, but we provide all the training you need to excel in this role!
* Up-selling Proficiency: Confidence in up-selling additional products and services is essential.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Contact Center Experience: Prior experience in a contact center is essential.
* Confident Communicator: Ability to engage and build rapport over the phone naturally.
* Team Player: Ability to work as part of a team, sharing knowledge, resources, and ideas.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and technology. Training in company-specific software/systems will be provided.
* Weekend Rotation: Ability to work every other Saturday, with a day off during the week in lieu.
