We have openings for conveyancers within growing, vibrant Residential Property teams Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer - Cambridge with hybrid working Client Busy and growing Residential Property practices who have built up an excellent base of high wealth clients, within top regional firms Role Acting on routine residential property transactions You will work independently to a reasonably high level and alongside more experienced colleagues on the more complex and specialised matters as required Acting for a range of clients including HNW individuals and limited companies on the purchase/financing of freehold/leasehold properties of varying complexity and value Playing an active role in business development You Qualified solicitor / CILEX Ideally 2 years PQE dealing with a range of property transactions.
