The Head of eCommerce and Marketing will play a pivotal part in driving that growth. The Role As Head of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, you’ll lead the digital function across D2C, CRM and performance marketing. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll define and deliver a digital strategy focused on both customer acquisition and retention, working closely with divisional teams and international colleagues to amplify results. You’ll be responsible for building and evolving the full digital ecosystem, leveraging emerging tools, supporting a growing team and ensuring all activity drives commercial results. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy and Innovation Define and deliver a 6 to 12 month digital growth strategy aligned with commercial objectives Champion digital innovation, including exploration of new tools, platforms and channels such as TikTok Shop and live shopping Influence internal and international stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and impact CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Own and evolve the CRM strategy to improve segmentation, automation and customer retention Oversee CRM platform development and integration across email, ecommerce and social Lead data-driven lifecycle marketing to deliver measurable engagement and revenue gains eCommerce and Digital Trading Optimise the full D2C experience across UX, CRO, SEO and personalisation Monitor performance analytics and use real-time insights to adjust tactics Own the digital sales funnel from traffic acquisition through to conversion and loyalty Team Leadership and Development Lead, coach and develop a high-performing digital team Set clear goals, run regular performance reviews and create defined progression plans Foster collaboration and help embed a high-performance digital culture Budget Ownership and ROI Own the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI Build business cases to support test and learn initiatives Align all activity with D2C revenue targets and wider commercial goals What You Bring You’ll be an experienced eCommerce and Marketing professionals with a track record of building strategies and teams that deliver results. You’ll have experience working for recognisable consumer brands and feel comfortable working across multiple product categories. You’ll have: 6 years' experience in senior digital roles, including eCommerce and Marketing. Proven experience growing D2C brands. Strong commercial mindset and a data-led approach to decision-making. Proven success in leading teams and building capability. An interest in digital innovation and emerging platforms. The ability to collaborate across departments and international teams.
