Project Manager - Earthworks & Civils\n\nLocation: Southampton\n Rate: £400 t0 £450 per shift\n Contract: Full-time\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, delivery, and commercial performance of a earthworks and civils packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage earthworks and civils projects to final account\nProgramme planning, sequencing, and coordination with main contractors and internal teams\nOversee site managers, engineers, and subcontractors\nEnsure compliance with HSEQ standards, RAMS, and company procedures\nManage costs, variations, forecasts, and reporting in conjunction with commercial teams\nLiaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers\nIdentify and mitigate project risks and opportunities \n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager within earthworks, groundworks, or civil engineering\nUnderstanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, and enabling works\nAbility to manage multiple sites and fast-paced programmes\nCommercially aware with experience managing budgets and variations\nSMSTS (essential)\nCSCS (Bl...
