We are looking for a Registered Children's Support Worker to join our team at our Ofsted-registered children's home in Swindon, Gloucestershire.
You will be supporting young people aged 8-18 who are unable to live at home with their families.
Due to the nature of this role, sponsorship cannot be offered.
The Role
No two days are the same! We need someone who is kind, confident, clear-headed, and remains calm. You will receive comprehensive training, including ongoing development opportunities and the option to undertake a qualification.
Our homes operate 24 hours a day. You will work a 16.5-hour shift pattern, typically 2 days on and 4 days off. On average, you will work at least 9 shifts per month.
The OTE salary is £33,950.40, plus a £400 welcome bonus.
