Client - Aids & Adaptations Administrator - Housing:
We are recruiting for an Aids & Adaptations Administrator for a Social Housing provider based in Hemel Hempstead.
Role - Aids & Adaptations Administrator - Housing:
1. Investigate and respond to service requests, complaints and any other communication which is received by the team
2. Monitor the adaptations mailbox, file referrals, perform all adaptation team admin duties
3. Work in collaboration with other services, and senior management to ensure that services are joined up appropriately and are aligned to the achievement of the organisation’s aims and objectives
Person - Aids & Adaptations Administrator - Housing:
The successful candidate will have;
4. Experience of dealing with customer complaints and drafting written correspondence relating to complaints
5. Social housing, repairs, or aids & adaptations experience would be beneficial
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
