What are we looking for?
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to help us share the story of our work with young people. Over the past few years, we’ve reached more than 100,000 students through our workshops, but we know we could be doing much more to showcase our impact online. We’d love a volunteer who can Create and schedule engaging posts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Develop campaigns that highlight our workshops, student stories, and achievements. Shape a consistent brand voice and visual identity. Analyse engagement and suggest ways to grow our audience. Guide us on best practice and help us make the most of our new website. You don’t need to be an expert in everything — if you have experience in content creation, marketing, or simply a good eye for design and social trends, you could be the perfect fit. You’ll be responsible for Creating and scheduling engaging content across our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook – whichever you’re strongest in). Helping us build a consistent brand voice and visual style. Developing creative campaigns to highlight our workshops, stories, and successes. Advising us on best practices for growing our online presence and reaching new schools and partners. This is a flexible role that can be done remotely, and we’re open to how much time you can commit.
