Your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing weekly information into the nexus system, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and maintaining compliant paperwork and administration
* Finalising weekly bookwork and ensuring correct closure and electronic filing
* Compiling UDT trackers and updating unit managers and senior teams regularly
* Submitting UDT trackers to the Contracts Director by deadlines
* Supporting administration of Foodbuy and The Source systems, including data input for contracts
* Processing weekly payroll, verifying accuracy, and meeting deadlines
* Investigating and resolving payroll queries
* Analyzing OurTime system data for information requests
* Supporting profit protection processes and audits
* Coordinating ad hoc purchase requests (uniforms, equipment, stationery)
* Acting as a Compass advocate with professionalism
* Utilizing Symphony till system for data and report generation
* Contributing to financial and operational improvements
* Monitoring ordering processes and highlighting unauthorized purchases
* Managing purchase orders and client invoicing
* Completing month-end financial reviews via SAP
* Building strong relationships with clients and customers
* Promoting health and safety, demonstrating excellent personal behaviors
