We provide a first class property maintenance and construction support service to a portfolio of clients in the, Domestic, Retail, Hospitality and commercial sectors.


We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and maintaining a strong, efficient back-office operation

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Helpdesk Manager with experience in both construction and office leadership to run and refine our day-to-day operations

.


The Rol

e


We’re looking for a confident and capable Helpdesk Manager to take full ownership of our office operation—including the management of a 5-person helpdesk/admin team and a 2-person accounts department.


You’ll report directly to the company director and act as the go-to leader for our internal systems, processes, and performance delivery

.


Responsibilitie

• Manage a helpdesk/admin team of 5 (increasing with growth

)
*
oversee a 2-person accounts team
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and where necessary,
* Learn, use, and enhance company systems and proces

ses

*
Actively manage and monitor CRM systems, ensuring full utilisation across team

s• Track and enforce both company and client SLAs, keeping performance and communication aligned


• Allocate, review, and—where appropriate—remove or reassign tasks to maintain productivity


• Implement continuous improvements and report findings and suggestions directly to the director


• Maintain a proactive, organised and pressure-resistant office cultur

About Yo

u


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a construction or property maintenance helpdesk role


• Strong office management background, with proven experience leading team

s


• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and confident in managing data workflows


• Excellent understanding of how to track, maintain and improve SLA performance


• Process-driven, confident with technology, and comfortable proposing change


• Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to lead in a fast-paced environment


• Professional, assertive, and capable of handling sensitive staffing decision
