Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning of Functional Skills subjects
* Assess and monitor the progress of learners
* Develop and implement individual learning plans
* Provide constructive feedback to support learner development
* Collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance the overall learning experience
Minimum Requirements
* A relevant teaching qualification
* Previous experience in teaching Functional Skills subjects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of the UK education system
* Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
