Manage and support a team of SEND LSAs, providing guidance, training, and professional development.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting strategies and interventions as needed.
Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and school policies.
Provide training and support to staff on inclusive teaching practices and SEND best practices.
Act as a key point of contact for parents and carers regarding SEND provision and student progress.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
