Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced BIM / Revit MEP Coordinator with expertise in prefabrication and structural integration to join our growing design and engineering team in Maidenhead, London.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of fabrication-level MEP drawings, ensuring seamless integration between mechanical systems and structural elements. You will play a critical role in supporting off-site construction workflows for advanced building services — including pipe spools, ductwork, supports, and steelwork layouts — across complex infrastructure projects in the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and coordination of detailed MEP Revit models for prefabrication and construction.
* Oversee the production of accurate fabrication drawings for mechanical systems, including pipework, ductwork, and associated structural supports.
* Ensure high-level spatial coordination with architectural and structural teams for buildability and integration.
* Deliver clash-free, fully coordinated drawing sets in line with off-site manufacturing standards.
* Implement and maintain internal BIM protocols and ensure project documentation is up to date.
* Collaborate closely with engineers, BIM leads, and fabricators throughout all project phases.
What We're Looking For
* 3–5+ years of experience in a Revit MEP coordination role within building services or prefabrication.
* Proven track record of delivering fully coordinated, detailed fabrication drawings for M&E systems.
* Strong understanding of MEP-to-structure interfaces, including steelwork, fixings, and supports.
* Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP; experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD is advantageous.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in off-site construction or modular assembly is highly desirable.
* Exposure to data centre or industrial projects is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £40,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
