A welcoming, 1-form entry primary school in Wandsworth is recruiting an SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated support team. This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain practical experience before pursuing careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Behavioural Support.

The Role:
Supporting children with SEMH needs across EYFS and KS1
Providing 1:1 emotional regulation and classroom support
Implementing behaviour and nurture interventions designed by the SENCO and pastoral team
Building positive relationships and modelling resilience and empathy
Hours: 08:3015:30 with a 30-minute break
Were Looking For:
A minimum of a 2:1 degree in a BPS-accredited Psychology or related subject
Empathetic, calm, and proactive approach to supporting children
Experience in SEMH or pastoral settings is beneficial but not essential
BSL (British Sign Language) skills are desirable but not essential
