Hours Per Week: Full-time position, 37 hrs pw Start Time: 9:00 AM End Time: 17:00 PM PAYE Rate: £11.68 ph (including 12.07% holiday pay) Job Description Admin Business Support Officer Grade 4 Admin Business Support Officer We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Admin Business Support Officer to enhance our already established friendly and supportive team, who will contribute to the key work of our Highways Department supporting our District Lead team. As part of your role, you will also assist in the following duties: - Providing general administrative support across the two teams. - Support the District Lead Team in the administration of the casework of county council members, MPs, and District and Parish Councillors. - Assist the Complaints Officer in dealing with highway complaints received by the team by following the guidelines of the formal complaint process. - Accurately record requests and information received via email and phone. - Data processing. - Setting up new cases and project demands. - Providing support for meetings including arranging dates, room bookings, preparation of agendas, and note-taking. - Responding to and resolving where appropriate enquiries are generated by the services. The role will involve working closely with colleagues within several teams, and the successful candidate should: - Be passionate about delivering great customer service & experience - Ideally you will have experience working within an administration setting and possess good IT skills - You'll be engaging and providing help to the team daily, so being able to clearly communicate the information you need and listen to individual requirements is key. - - Be flexible and have good organisational skills We are currently working on a combination of home and office work; therefore, you are required to have a suitable working space within your home and broadband connection. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. If you are unable to provide a suitable home-working environment, you will be required to work from your office base or the nearest suitable office location.
