Ready to take the next step in your property career? We’re looking for a highly organised, customer‑focused Move Manager to join our thriving Estate Agency team in the Croydon area. In this fast‑paced and rewarding role, you’ll be the vital link between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and branches — keeping every move on track and delivering a seamless customer experience from offer agreed through to completion.
What’s on offer to you
* Basic annual salary between £20,000 and £22,000, depending on experience.
* Target earnings up to £30,000 per year.
* Quarterly bonuses for converting 65% of the pipeline: £250
* For 75% of the pipeline: £500
* For 85% of the pipeline: £750
What to expect as a Sales Progressor
* Register client details.
o Gather required documents to complete the sale: Identification, Mortgage agreement, and Required insurance policies.
* Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process:
o Mortgage advisers or lenders
o Solicitors
o Your buyer
o The vendor (client selling the house)
o Surveyors
o Any other key parties to the process
* Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion.
What you need to bring to the table
* Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Preferable experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process.
* A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry.
* Passionate about ‘haart’, our values and processes.
* A hunger to earn and a drive to work hard and reap the rewards from your dedication.
As a Sales Progressor, we would expect you to
Pick up client relationships, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion. Dedicated training and coaching will support your ongoing development. A chance to build your career, providing opportunities to gain further experience and knowledge and progress to the next level.
