An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Licensing Support Officer to work in the Taxi Licensing Team. The team sits within the Environmental Health and Licensing department providing a regulatory service to keep residents safe and well.
This role involves processing applications for taxi licences as well as carrying our various checks to ensure any new or existing licence holder meet the Councils policy requirements through the course of their licence. It is a busy team, and you will work alongside other Licensing Support Officers in addition to Taxi Licensing Officers.
You must have good administration experience, with excellent IT skills, and be able to work efficiently in a busy team, whilst having good attention to detail. You will be dealing directly with those applying for taxi licences daily at the Council offices, so will need to attend on site for the majority of the working week. Your application should demonstrate how you meet the requirements in the role profile.
