We are seeking a Regional Marketing Business Partner to support venues in Scotland & North East England.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own local marketing plans for your venues, aligning with revenue targets and business strategies.
As our Regional Marketing Business Partner, you will:
* Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to execute national campaigns at a local level.
* Develop local marketing plans with General Managers, tailored to venue needs and customer segments, including HVC.
* Build strong relationships with General Managers as a trusted marketing advisor.
* Support event and hospitality activities for HVC customers, in line with company policies.
* Coordinate with slots, poker, and sports marketing managers to incorporate their insights into local plans.
* Engage with suppliers and agencies for local resources.
* Create consistent venue plans and conduct ROI analyses to measure success.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and support brand standards across channels.
* Align local activities with the wider brand and marketing calendar.
* Support HVC campaigns and ensure their effective execution.
* Represent marketing at venue level to promote brand vision.
* Foster relationships with PR, social media, CRM, and promotions teams.
* Create engaging retail marketing content and collaborate with Operations and online teams.
* Champion the brand within venues, ensuring initiatives comply with legislation and industry standards.
Minimum requirements include:
* 3+ years in hospitality, leisure, or multi-venue business.
* Proven retail marketing experience with a successful strategy record.
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
* Experience with innovative branding and success delivery.
* Knowledge of leisure and gaming sectors is advantageous.
* Ability to drive change and deliver ROI analysis.
* Project management skills, budget management, and a marketing qualification are beneficial.
* Resilience under pressure, full driving license, and willingness to travel.
