Hays Education are currently looking for a 1:1 teaching assistant who can work full-time in a primary mainstream school situated in Sandwell.
Your new role
You will be working with children who have autism and ADHD. The role is full-time, five days per week. You must have experience working with children with special educational needs.
This role willmence immediately and is long-term.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need to hold a Level 3 teaching qualification and recent experience. Having an in depth understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum and good behaviour management skills is an essential. You must be able to challenge and encourage the pupils to achieve their best and be a caring individual who is prepared to go the extra mile. You must be experienced and passionate to work with children with SEND.
In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references.
