We’re looking for an inspiring General Manager to take the helm at The Sanctuary House Hotel, one of our flagship Fuller’s sites in central London. The Sanctuary House combines a traditional Fuller’s pub and dining room with a 35‑bedroom boutique hotel.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a passionate, established team
* Take full accountability for both commercial and guest experience
* Develop future leaders through coaching and mentoring in the Lead Your Way framework
* Continue the Fuller’s tradition of delivering exceptional hospitality in every area throughout the customer journey
Qualifications
* A proven track record of delivering great results and memorable guest experiences
* Confidence managing multi‑revenue streams (pub, food, and rooms)
* Strong leadership, communication, and people‑development skills
