Role Description
This is a flexible hour hybrid role for a Project Controls (Assurance) Engineer, mostly client site based in the South of England with strong flexibility to work remotely once become full-time. The Project Controls (Assurance) Engineer will be responsible for cost control initiatives, Earned Value Management, planning and scheduling of projects, conducting project assuranance reviews, and ensuring effective project control. The role requires frequent collaboration with various site based client's teams and supply chain to maintain transparency, compliance, and efficient project delivery.
Please note this a flexible hours. Starting with 2 days a week on site leading to full time (hybrid) in the near future.
The offer for this contract is subject to client approval and will attract an industry benchmarked salary range for the right candidate.

Qualifications
* Strong skills in Cost Control - Earned Value Management in particular
* Proficiency in Planning & Scheduling - P6 / MSP
* Demonstratable experience in Project Assurance - project health status
* Excellent Analytical Skills
* Experience in other Project Control areas - Risk, Change, etc.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
* Experience in the infrastructure or water sector is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
