We are continuously improving The main purpose of your role as our Digital Marketing Manager is to lead and accelerate our digital marketing performance, driving sales growth through best-in-class execution across all digital channels. This role is responsible for our digital presence end-to-end, from paid and organic channels to website performance, SEO, and affiliates while managing a Marketing Executive and working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver commercial results. Strategic planning and commercial problem-solving. Affiliate and partnership management across comparison sites and performance networks. Full-funnel digital channel management: paid search, paid social, display, SEO, email, SMS, and content. Email and SMS campaign management, including lifecycle marketing, abandoned basket recovery, lead nurture, and cold data reactivation. Data segmentation, GDPR compliance, and email/SMS platform management. Website ownership, CRO, and UX improvement. Budget management and media planning. People management and team development. Excellent time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment Adaptability and willingness to embrace change and new approaches. Desirable skills, knowledge, experience Experience in a broadband, utilities, or subscription-based consumer business. Familiarity with WordPress and content management. Experience using Adobe Suite or similar creative tools. Knowledge of A/B testing platforms and CRO methodology. Our Marketing teams' work style is hybrid, which involves spending time at one of our offices several times a month, you would be required to travel if you are successful in this role.
