This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction business in Bury as a Commercial Administrator, where youll play a key role in supporting the commercial team and keeping projects running smoothly. What youll be doing: Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Commercial Lead and wider team Setting up and closing out projects Issuing supply chain subcontract orders Managing and filing key documents including contracts and purchase orders Producing project reports (timesheets, travel, cost allocation) Supporting finance processes invoice finance, journals, and cost transfers Maintaining trackers and project directories What were looking for: Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (essential) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills written and verbal Commercial/finance awareness with a process-driven mindset Construction industry experience is desirable but not essential Whats in it for you?
