Position Overview As a Trainee Telesales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential business customers through outbound calls. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth, as you will receive comprehensive training and mentoring to develop your sales skills and industry knowledge. No prior experience in Telesales is required as you will receive full training. Assessment centre for this role will take place on 4th July 2025 in Corby Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our energy solutions Identify customer needs and articulate the value of our services Build and maintain a strong rapport with potential customers Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge Requirements A strong desire to pursue a career in telesales or sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude No prior experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Ability to work effectively in a team setting Benefits Base salary £26,000 DOE Ongoing training and development including extensive 1:1 coaching and group sessions. 33 days holiday (inc bank holidays) – with the opportunity to buy & sell holidays.
