You will be responsible for managing various schools across the area, building relationships with contacts and regularly visiting your clients. This is an active role where you will manage a portfolio of existing schools already utilising our client's services, as well as seeking to onboard new clients.
Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of schools and build strong relationships with contacts
Visit clients regularly to ensure service satisfaction and to develop new business opportunities
Seek to onboard new schools and expand the client base
Requirements: At least 12 months’ recruitment experience, ideally within the education sector
Located in Aberystwyth or within reasonable travelling distance to the office
Enjoys sales and business development aspects of recruitment
Confident, driven, and target-oriented
Excellent communication skills and proactive approach
Ability to build credibility with clients and develop long-term relationships
Support of an established compliance department
