Job Description What you’ll do This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your skills and join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. You’ll receive full training and ongoing clinical support to develop expertise in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. We provide person-centred care to individuals with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs within their own homes. No two days are the same — but every day you’ll make a real difference while developing your knowledge and confidence. About the Client You will be supporting a sociable young woman with a cheeky sense of humour who values her independence. In her words: “My family brings me immense joy, especially when I’m unwell.
