This is a part-time, remote role (2–4 hours per month) focused on ensuring compliance with UKVI sponsor duties.
Responsibilities
* Act as Level 1 User on the UKVI Sponsor Management System (SMS)
* Maintain employee HR records (right-to-work, contact details, absence)
* Support sponsor licence application and ongoing compliance
* Ensure adherence to Home Office sponsor obligations
* Report relevant changes via SMS as required
Requirements
* UK-based and settled (citizen or ILR)
* Experience in UK HR practices
* Familiarity with sponsor licence compliance (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and documentation
Compensation
£250–£400 per month
