Your pay rate and shifts as a full time Warehouse Operative:
* 06:00 - 16:00: £12.50 (unpaid breaks) → after 12 weeks £12.69 (paid breaks)
* 19:30 - 05:00: £14 (unpaid breaks) → after 12 weeks £15.01 (paid breaks)
* Shift pattern is 4on 4off.
Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
* This is a vital role in preparing plastic trays for re-use in the distribution of food items to the supermarket
* The role will involve loading and unloading plastic food trays onto a conveyor belt, which are then washed by an industrial washing machine
* The trays are unloaded at the other end and returned to the suppliers
* Other tasks will involve the recycling of plastic and cardboard by unloading from cages into a baling machine
* The work is physical so you must enjoy work of a physical nature
