We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Progressor to join our growing team. This is a remote, self-employed position, ideal for someone with at least 2 years of property sales progression experience. You’ll need your own laptop and phone to manage your workload.
What You'll Do: Oversee property sales from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring smooth transactions.
Liaise with buyers, sellers, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
Resolve issues like down valuations and legal delays with effective problem-solving.
Keep accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates to clients and agents on progress.
What We’re Looking For: Experience: At least 2 years in property sales progression.
Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of the property sales process, including legalities and mortgage requirements.
Independence: Ability to work remotely, manage your own workload, and handle multiple transactions.
