We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal skills and an organized approach to take on the role of Health Record Services Supervisor. The successful candidate will be expected to manage and co-ordinate team members, allocate workload, monitoring progress and proactively solving non routine problems thus ensuring the provision of an efficient and adaptable Health Records Service.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills is enthusiastic and who is able to demonstrate an ongoing willingness to develop their people management skills to ensure organisational values are met.
Applicants should have previous leadership in Health Records with a demonstrable knowledge of a range of records functions. They should also be working towards achieving a qualification in records management, preferably the IHRIM Certificate or Diploma.
The candidates will be expected to give a five minute talk on the following subject:
“Leading a High-Performing Health Records Team, whilst maintaining the organisational values”
