Role Overview:
The role of Restaurant Manager is to help the
General Manager ensure the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant
operation, as well as lead the team. You will be passionate about food and

As Restaurant Manager at Nobu London you will:
* Monitor and oversee the
Front of House departments and effectively manage the restaurant in the
absence of the GM
* Identify and
delegate responsibilities to the captains and other team members, ensuring
objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved.
* Manage the restaurant to meet and
exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness
* Deal with
customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
* Possess a good knowledge of the
P&L reports, understand budgeting and operating expenses
* Controlling inventory and
making financial forecasts
* Consistently review
operations to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for
improvement - developing and implementing creative solutions to areas of
improvement
* Provide coaching and
feedback to floor managers and other team members, assessing performance
on an ongoing basis
The successful Restaurant Manager will have:
* Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high end setting
