About the role
Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn't available. You will motivate and engage the team, ensuring they have what they need to excel. We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. Your role will be to ensure customers have a brilliant experience, whether they order in-store or online. Typical shift responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
2. Leading by example and serving customers promptly and courteously
3. Preparing products, including sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Ensuring displays are fully stocked and appealing
5. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable shop

You are reliable with natural leadership skills and a passion for exceptional customer service. You support an inclusive culture that values diversity.
