To be successful in this role we are looking for:- Good standards of literacy and numeracy (Level 3 or appropriate qualification for the role) Qualified, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Experience in an education setting, working directly with children and young people. Experience in dealing with the complex needs of young people.
